Justin: "The Taker" sounds self-serving. It sounds contrary to the reputation that we Christians ought to have as 'givers'. After all, Jesus said, "It is more blessed to give than to receive" (Acts 20:35). But, Revelation 22:17 says, "...whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the water of life". It is our spiritual thirst that cause us to become 'takers'. We drink from His Word to take all that is in Christ for us to have. We want to be these kinds of takers.
